JANUARY 2012

Jeri, Bruce, Gucci, and Clark
Denys, Sasha, and Sarah
This is the last day of January and I stayed home from work with a head cold.  I've been frustrated with my blog because it hasn't been letting me post pictures.  Jared figured out another way I could get around it and it seems to be working.  Thanks, Jared!  This was the picture we put with the Christmas cards we sent out mostly to family.  It's a hard thing to get dogs to cooperate for pictures!
In December, Sarah, Denys, and Sasha got to work in the nativity scene for "This is the Place" Heritage Park.  Bruce and I visited it one cold night and it was very sweet. We bundled up and walked through many of the other buildings there and had a train ride.

Sasha
This is the building where I work.  It's Air and Sea/ FreightLink.  I told about it last time.  Right now I leave for part of the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays to babysit Sasha while Sarah attends a class at the "U".  It has been nice to be with him more.  I believe he loves his fingers AND his grandma.

Speaking of more time with my grandchildren, Adele will be staying with us for over a week while Jared and Candace have a fun get-a-way to Hawaii.  Bruce will take time off of work to help.  Adele has just figured out how to move forward in her crawling.
Candace and Adele

Ellison
Every other Sunday Diane comes over for dinner with Sophie and Ellison.  Once in awhile we go to their house in Ogden.  Both girls are little beauties.   I'll have to work on getting better pictures of Sophie.  She likes to hide.  Once a month Bruce and I go see Andy, Hope, and Raidon.  Soon there will be baby Sawyer also.  Raidon is getting so big, I can hardly believe it!  All our Utah family got together for Christmas Eve and had a great time eating and exchanging gifts.  We miss our Washington kids and skype and phone call when we can.

Raidon
Bruce flew up there this month and stayed for a few days with Spencer and Jane.  I hope to go next time.  Wish he would have taken pictures.

It was Zachary's 14th birthday last Sunday and we talked on the phone.  I noticed that his voice is getting lower!  What a nice boy!  Tomorrow will be Whitney's 17th birthday!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU YOU BOTH!!!

Well this is all I will say for now. We are getting through this winter with only a couple snow storms so far.  Til next month........Jeri
